I am a curious full-stack Designer with 17+ years of relevant experience (since 2006). I focus on exploring and curating experiences with intelligent systems, always putting the humans at the heart of thinking and acting. My background is in Computer Science (M.Sc.), Human-Technology interaction, Media Art and Music. The design roles that I energized range from Design Researcher, UI & UX Designer to Design Consultant, Director and Head of Design. I've been working in academic research as well as in technology and consulting firms.
As Design Expert Consultant I collaborated with a variety of international clients and cross-functional teams. I was active in insurance, the public sector, health care, energy, telecommunications, industrial manufacturing, banking, the automotive sector, logistics, and consumer goods. As Researcher and Experience Designer at the AI Research Lab I helped curating near-future visions for smart cities, smart homes, mobility, energy and health services.
I help designing digital services, businesses and communications. I help forming and leading design teams, implement and shape human-centric design processes from research and insight generation to concept to deliverable, facilitate workshops and design sprints, explore why things and behaviours are the way they are, develop strategies and value propositions, prototype and test appealing solutions, and accompany technical development.
