I fully enjoy the fast-paced adventure of building a startup together, shaking up industries, taking on new challenges every day, adapting to changing circumstances and nourishing a culture of experimentation. I am excited about collaborating in highly diverse teams, energizing multiple roles, sparking change and supporting transformations of work cultures, digital products and companies.
I helped build and establish new businesses, teams, innovation hubs and digital products from zero to MVLP launch and beyond – in insurance, energy, financial services, consumer IoT and Industrial IoT. I also supported early-stage startups in the fields of social good and work cultures with mentorship and strategic design.
I am a curious hybrid and serve as an interface between design, technology, business and operations. I build up trust and capabilities with clients and colleagues about human-centric design and development, design talent recruiting and leadership, product ownership and agile, integrative work cultures.
