Since 2009 I've been growing and collaborating in 55+ teams with people from various backgrounds and most diverse working environments, such as startups, companies, consultancies, academia and public services. I drove cultural transformation activities and inspired individual development within my multi-disciplinary teams and company-wide. I was also active in winning and growing design talents, and represented my teams and profession at recruiting events and international conferences.
I invite teammates to take on a transformational journey together and immerse ourselves in new challenges wholeheartedly. I help leading culture change with action and reflection, from running team workshops, distilling shared values and turning them into simple everyday rituals to creating processes, designing the environment and continually shaping the culture that is right for a team and their goals.
