I believe, strong team effort is facilitated by leaders who share a clear vision and empower their teams to accomplish great things while having fun doing it. I am incorporating multiple mindsets into my growing leadership personality with all my heart and soul - mindsets that contribute to team and business success, and encourage every companion's individual development; mindsets such as being a sparring partner, a knowledgable practitioner, a north star, a facilitator, a mentor, a student, a problem-solver, a role model, and first of all a caring teammate.
Since 2014 I have had the good fortune to build and lead strong teams in different environments, from research lab to startup and corporate. Furthermore I coached multidisciplinary teams in agile work cultures and design approaches, and led a number of workshops around design, team culture, product and business building.
I made it my mission to nourish team strength and growth, connect minds and catalyze capabilities, foster collaboration and value creation, challenge the status quo and encourage change, and to bring holistic experience design and agile principles to the boardroom and make it an intrinsic part of the company's strategy and culture.
